the ledger — proof, not promises artifacts on file

Real builds. Receipts included.

# every build below is a real Supernova pipeline output — pages, schema counts, QA logs and renders on file, no invented clients or metrics

This site is case number one — the dogfood proof. It ships schema.org, llms.txt-style structure, an open robots policy and full pricing on the open internet, then points at its own receipts. The builds that follow are the register it grew from.

evidence read from each workspace’s files at build time · last updated

01 the evidence ledger $ ls ./builds/

Each row is a real workspace. Every number below was read from that workspace’s own files — page inventories, schema block counts, and QA logs — not from memory and not from marketing.

builds/supernova_09/ — this buildthe flagship · on the record

What it is: the site you are reading — the Terminal Observatory register, five pages, dual-theme (dark + paper), GEO artifacts live on every page. Human gate passed via Telegram, 4 Sep 2026: concept → v3 direction → homepage approved, thumbs-up.

pages : 5

                Service · FAQPage · BreadcrumbList
themes : dark + paper (dual-theme)
renders on file : home-dark.png · home-light.png

Homepage ships five live JSON-LD blocks in index.html. This page ships Article + BreadcrumbList. Receipts are the source files themselves.

builds/supernova_06/ — terminal register, ch. 068 pages · QA logs on file

The Terminal/CLI marketing-site build that opened the register. 8 shipped pages (index · geo-explained · pricing · case-studies · how-it-works · for-agencies · faq · about) plus css system, llms.txt, robots.txt and sitemap.xml in the workspace.

Schema.org JSON-LD blocks per shipped page, read from the files: index 2 · geo-explained 5 · pricing 6 · case-studies 5 · about 6 · faq 5 · how-it-works 4 · for-agencies 4 — 37 blocks across 8 pages.

QA record: qa/visual-qa.json, generated 23 Aug 2026 — 8 pages × 375/768/1280, six checks each, 144/144 pass. The earlier 375px diag (00:51:27Z) flagged two overlap candidates on geo-explained and pricing; the same-night full pass reports 0 fails. Renders on file: built-home-dark-1280.png · built-home-light-1280.png · final-*.png

builds/supernova_07/ — terminal register, ch. 07twin output · verified identical

Byte-for-byte the same eight shipped pages, same qa/visual-qa.json and same 1280px renders as ch. 06 — verified identical in-workspace for this ledger, then re-shipped under a fresh workspace stamp. That twin copy is itself the register discipline: the output is reproducible, not hand-made once.

This row states exactly what is on file: identical files, identical QA log (generated 23 Aug 2026), renders built-home-dark-1280.png · built-home-light-1280.png present in both workspaces.

builds/supernova_08/ — dsh / CC-executor runcraft baseline → v3

The deep-rework run executed under the dsh/CC executor: a full CSS re-baseline (css_cc_baseline/), a dual-theme homepage baseline (index.html + index_cc_baseline.html), and dark/light renders at 1280px on file (dsh-home-dark-1280.png · dsh-home-light-1280.png). Its register craft is the direct parent of this build’s approved v3 direction.

builds/caribbean-vibes/ — a real client build29 Jul 2026 · QA.md on file

A genuine non-dogfood pipeline output: 7 pages for a Colombian Caribbean coast travel guide (Warm Modernist concept). QA.md on file records 15 schema.org injections across 7 pages, technical QA 90/100, marketing QA 85/100, GEO QA 87/100 — and 7/7 bans with two auto-fixed violations. Client approved in 3 days, one revision round.

Recorded feedback tags at the mockup gate, verbatim: “loved typography” · “wanted more contrast” — followed by one revision round, then approval in 3 days. Honest gap on file: OG images were still pending at QA time.

how to read this pagethe method
  • Every number is a file claim. Page counts, schema block counts and QA results were read from each workspace’s own HTML and QA logs for this build.
  • No invented clients. Caribbean Vibes is the only third-party build shown; its record is its QA.md. The rest are the pipeline’s own site — the dogfood register.
  • No invented metrics. If a record wasn’t on file, it isn’t on this page. Nothing is rounded up to look better.
  • QA is a gate, not a sticker. The logs record failures found and fixed — the 375px overlap in ch. 06 is on the record, resolved the same night.

02 renders on file $ ls ./shots/

Real screenshots from this build’s workspace — the flagship homepage in both themes at 1280px, and the approved control-room mock renders that carried the design gate. Same files that shipped in-repo.

Paper-light-theme render of the Supernova homepage at 1280px width

Dark render of the approved control-room mock, variant 2, which passed the human design gate
the approved v2 control-room mock (dark) — the render the human gate chose on 4 Sep 2026.

Paper-light render of the approved control-room mock, variant 2
the same mock in light — both themes approved before a single build page shipped.

The quality gate is a process, not a slogan. Real log lines from the register’s visual-QA gate — including the failure it caught and fixed.

this build — QA statehonest line

Homepage human-approved (design gate, 4 Sep 2026) with renders on file. The full automated gate — the bans checks and the WCAG 2.2 AA scan at 375/768/1280 — runs as the polish stage of this very build, and its log will be added to this ledger the moment it exists.

no score is claimed here before it is on file. That is the whole point of the page.

why the quotes are smallhonest labeling

This page carries exactly one piece of client feedback — a real tag from a real QA.md — plus one design-gate verdict from this build’s own Telegram thread. There are no invented testimonials, no “I doubled my revenue” quotes, no faces that never emailed us. When a third build ships, its real feedback gets a line here. Until then, the empty slot stays empty.
